SOLUCIONES DE TRÁFICO S.A.S., identified with NIT 811.017.887-2, located in Medellín (Carrera 73 No. 26-45), in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and regulatory norms, adopts this Manual of Personal Data Processing and Protection Policies with the purpose of protecting the fundamental rights of data subjects, especially the right to privacy, intimacy, good name, and informational self-determination.This manual applies to all physical or digital databases containing personal data collected, stored, processed, or transmitted by SOLUCIONES DE TRÁFICO S.A.S., in its capacity as data controller and/or data processor.

DATA PROCESSING AND SCOPE

Data processing will be carried out under the terms of the authorization granted by the data subject or when a legal regulation permits it without authorization.All information collected in the course of the business activities of SOLUCIONES DE TRÁFICO S.A.S. is its property. No natural or legal person may use such information without prior and express authorization.

REVOCATION AND DATA DELETION

The data subject may revoke their consent or request the deletion of their personal data through a written request addressed to the authorized channels, unless there is a legal or contractual obligation to retain them.Revocation may be total (regarding all authorized purposes) or partial (regarding specific purposes only).

GUARANTEE OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION

Correction, Update, or Deletion:
Requests may be submitted by email, postal mail, or in person. If the request is incomplete, the applicant will be asked to complete it within five (5) business days. The response time is 15 business days.
Revocation of Consent:
Requests may be submitted through the same channels used to grant the authorization. Revocation will not apply if there is a legal or contractual obligation to retain the information.

  • Supporting evidence (if applicable).
